Hey Dede. The Multitasker is okay for rosacea and dry skin. Niacinamide which is a key ingredient in the night serum actually helps reduce inflammation and redness associated with rosacea. Fruit acids are also the best AHA to use on dry and sensitive skin, but I would start by using this product only once or twice a week and only advance if tolerated. Thanks!
