Where does Otto Skin Goods ship?
Currently we ship to all 50 states. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. We do not currently ship internationally.
What are your shipping options?
We offer two shipping speeds.
- Standard (5-9) business days: $5
- Expedited (2-3) business days: $15
Standard shipping is always free on orders over $50. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Please note we are unable to ship Expedited to Alaska or Hawaii at this time. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will take approximately 15 business days.
When will my order ship?
Once your order is placed processing takes up to 1 to 2 business days (orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day). You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
How do I place a return or exchange?
We are sorry you didn’t love your Otto Skin Goods recent purchase. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the products you would like to exchange or return, and we will take care of the rest.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges will not be refunded. Email us a email@example.com to place a return or exchange.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I received the wrong product or my product is damaged?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered or your product is damaged, sorry about that! Please contact us a firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be sure to get you the correct order or replace damaged items!
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Amazon pay. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders. At this time, we do not accept International credit cards.
How can I update, cancel or change my order?
We are happy to update, cancel or change your order if you contact us prior to shipping it. Just reach out to us at email@example.com.
How can I check the status of my order?
Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know if your order is on its way!
The descriptions and photographs of our products are our own and we have spent a lot of time accurately capturing the essence of our brand. Our hope is that every photo and description is accurate, but mistakes do occur. We are a small, growing brand so if you purchase something based on picture or description and it turns out to be incorrect, please let us know! We love feedback, so that we can continuously improve. We are happy to refund or replace any item that does not fully meet your expectations!
